Throughout this retreat, together we'll experience playful MovNat natural movement, explore therapeutic hot and cold ceremonies, dive into the power of transformational breathing, spend time in the sacred space of our tipi, and sit around grandfather fire to feast while we hear and share our stories.

This is a special opportunity to PLAY with our sons like boys, CONNECT with our sons like soul brothers, and CELEBRATE by sharing a feast as our ancestors once did.

Our small, intimate group settings allow for interaction without overwhelm, creating the space for hearts to open, feelings to be shared, and new experiences to enlighten us.
