Setup ▸ Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator Settings ▸ Enable In-Flight Amendments
Assign the new permission set
Place Supplemental Orders → give it to anyone creating change orders.
Expose the Change button on your Order page layout or Lightning record page.
Add “Superseded” status to the Order Status picklist (Category = Superseded).
Refine fulfillment plans
Set Point of No Return = Changes Denied on the Stage Assetize step.
For every step before assetization, set Force Plan Freeze During Execution = Yes and Forcefully Complete Step = Yes to prevent stuck “Freezing” states.
