Following a week of scandal, a new Miss Florida USA has been crowned. Linette De Los Santos was the runner-up in the contest and is now the reigning queen, thanks to a makeup debacle. Original winner Genesis Davila had her face done up professionally, a violation of pageant rules. Contestants are supposed to do it themselves. Davila was busted after she posted a photo on Instagram showing a professional makeup artist working on her face. #InsideEdition
