🍴serves 2

🍞 Ingredient’s
300g/ 1.5 cups of red split lentils
1/2 cup and 2 tbsp of water
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 tsp of salt
1/2 cup of cornstarch
4 tsp of flaxseed meal
2 3/4 tsp of baking powder

📝 Cooking instructions:
Bake at 350f (180c)
Takes approximately 45 minutes to cook

💡Cooking tips:
You can use any lentils (red, brown, green). Add spices such as cumin and mixed herbs for a more aromatic savory flavor. Alternatively use cinnamon and raisins for more of a sweet bread.

To maximize shelf life, store in the fridge, but this bread also keeps well at room temperature when well covered. Would recommend consuming within 3 days, but can last longer in the fridge.
