This video demonstrates the form Taebaek from 4 basic angles, "front, back, right side and left side".

This particular form seems to have many interpretations that are all labeled WTF approved. In particular the kicking levels, speed and footwork seem to vary between books, schools and instructors. There is also a simultaneous punch combined with each side kick before the elbow smash. This punch may or may not exist in some versions.

Taebaek is the name of a mountain with the meaning of "bright mountain", where Tangun, the founder of the nation of Korean people, reigned the country. The bright mountain symbolizes sacredness of soul and Tangun's thought of "hongik ingan"(humanitarian ideal). There are numerous sites known as Taebaek, but Mt. Paektu, which has been typically known as the cradle of Korean people, is the background naming the Taebaek poomse. New techniques introduced are hand blade underneath push blocking, grabbing, pulling out the caught wrist, diamond trunk blocking, outer hitting backfist , and hinge.
