Very often elders need to be looked after just as much as children need to be cared for. As they elderly enter the final years of life, this is the time for them to be provided a conducive environment to remain peacefully engaged in devotion towards the Lord.ISKCON Tucson located in Arizona, USA has pioneered Krishna's Home, a project for construction of an old age home for elderly devotees in need of 24 hour assisted living. Devotee volunteers who can offer service along with their full time or part time jobs are being invited here. Krishna's Home will follow the guidelines of ISKCON and elderly devotees will also be engaged in service as per their desire. On Serving the elderly, one becomes the recipient of their choicest blessings. One can also be enriched from their life experiences. Eventually, as one progresses towards old age, it becomes essential and at the same time beneficial to live in a Krishna conscious atmosphere so as to successfully achieve the highest perfection of life.
