FR Boards are here, but I probably won't be using them for a little while since my resources are tight. Fortunately, unless we get a massive inflation to average boss HP, I don't see them being needed for a while. They seem like the least "needed" enhancement board so far for now.

I did have to try this stage a few times as I tried to make other teams work that could theoretically finish quicker, but they were riskier and I'm not in the mood for too much retrying today, so I went with a slightly slower but safer method.

For dealing damage, magic damage, Garnet LDCA, and BRV Gains will give you all you need here, their defenses are not that high once you work around the non-elemental/physical damage resistances. Even when they reduced BRV Gains in enemy Force Time, Freya was still capping party BRV with her follow-ups, which is ideal for fueling party BRV for all of the launches.

For the most part it was just rushing them down with Cid Raines as much as possible, though the enemies still get enough turns for Beatrix to get some counters in. The main reason for bringing Beatrix is for Holy Knight's Safeguard. Bahamut has two kinds of threshold attacks at the various HP thresholds, which you are likely to pass multiple of during Force Time/Burst Phase rushdowns. One of them is Megaflare from Bahamut, which stuff like Raijin LDCA is effective on. But the other kind is having the adds explode. The problem comes in that if you KO the adds, which you are likely to during a Force Time/Burst Phase rushdown, they immediately respawn and will have no debuffs. This means that when you finish the Burst Phase, these adds will explode via Bahamut's threshold attack and any debuffs like from Raijin LDCA will not save you since they will be gone from the adds. These two thresholds that explode the adds are at 39% and 9%. While rushing past the 9% threshold to a KO is one way to do it, I decided to go for an overall easier method where I just use Beatrix's Safeguard for these thresholds.

Raines' Force Time is slightly gimped here due to needing to use Beatrix's Safeguard in the middle of it, and also because the adds are not launchable (which means you lose out on some percent gain on Beatrix's turns, as Raines can't activate launches for her). But it's still very strong and by the end of the summon I used right after the Burst phase, I had them below 29% HP already. From there it was just coasting through to a second Raines Force Time and making sure Beatrix's Safeguard was up again for the 9% threshold. After that it's just cleaning up. Didn't quite KO them within the second Force Time but a few extra turns did the trick to wrap up.
