This is the meal I made my husband before he travelled to Uganda below is the recipe and ingredients.

- [ ] Kuku kienyeji
- [ ] Matoke ( green bananas)
- [ ] Onions
- [ ] Tomatoes
- [ ] Coriander paste
- [ ] Tomato paste
- [ ] Water
- [ ] salt

Instructions
- [ ] Prep all your veggies ( green bananas, onions, garlic, tomatoes etc )
- [ ] As you prep your vegetables boil your kienyeji chicken until soft or to your desired doneness and set aside
- [ ] In a pot start by sauteeing your onions and garlic until fragrant , go in with your tomatoes and cook them until mushy
- [ ] Mix your chicken mchuzi mix with water and add to your cooking tomato sauce , then go in with the nicely chopped green bananas mix that in until nicely incorporated
- [ ] Cook your bananas until they’re just done not mushy
- [ ] Sprinkle some dania cover and set aside
- [ ] Go back to the chicken you boiled earlier and drain the water if there’s any left
- [ ] Slightly brown the chicken then go in with onions , garlic and dania stems . Cook them until they’re browned and fragrant ( opt *** you can go in with cumin seeds or cumin powder,at this point you can add black pepper, garlic powder and chicken cube mix all that it and allow all the spices to cook
- [ ] Go in with just a splash of water to deglaze the sufuria, add some green capsicum allow them to slightly cook we want them crunchy not cooked, sprinkle some chopped dania leaves and finally serve with your matoke
