The DVD collection at the library has almost 10,000 films! The majority are English-based movies and shows, but Plano Public Library also has films in French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian, Japanese, Hindi, Thai, Korean, Russian... just to name a few.

The "Foreign Film" section of DVDs is with all of the media/movies, and you can easily find it by looking for the display sign as well as the red "foreign film" label on the spine of the case.

In our catalog, you can browse the collection by searching for a particular title or topic or just pressing the "search" button. On the left-hand toolbar you will select "Adult DVD" and click "include" - this will refresh the page to only show the DVD collection. On the same left-hand toolbar, scroll down to the Language section - choose the language you want to browse and click "include" - this will refresh the page to only show the DVDs in the language you are interested in.

In addition to a physical movie collection, your Plano Public Library card gets you access to Kanopy, a video streaming service.
