This demonstration will show the usage of CC-Tools methods Put and PutNew, that are wraps of the Hyperledger Fabric SDK method PutState.

PutNew - validates asset properties data types and checks if is there another asset with the same primary key
Put - validates asset properties data types and overwrites asset with another primary key, if exists

The following tasks were done:

Execution of custom transaction CreateNewLivrary using PutNew
Upgrading transaction of using method Put.
