Crochet Easy Yarn Eyes For Amigurumi | Yarn Eyes For Beginners | Free Crochet Pattern For Yarn Eyes

When I started crocheting, I had no idea making amigurumi was a thing. So when I discovered that it was possible to crochet your own stuffed animals, I just went along with what everyone was doing at the time. After struggling to find the prefect safety eyes for my projects, I thought, “I wonder if I can crochet the eyes using yarn?” My attempts were ugly and I gave up on that idea only to be left at the mercy of whatever I could find at my local craft store.

Over the years, I have learned for other crocheters that making your own eyes from yarns is possible! So today I’m sharing a very easy and simple design for crochet yarn eyes. I hope you will give these a try and let me know how everything turns out.
