The Buddha and the Badass: The Secret Spiritual Art of Succeeding at Work by Vishin Lakhiani reviewed by Haley LoBosco. This book integrates the concept of the spiritual master and the change maker to create a leadership style that is both purposeful and intentional.

This has to be one of my favorite leadership books due to author Vishen Lakhiani's ability to confidently disrupt the industry. Lakhiani masterfully makes the connection between our need for spiritual growth and contribution through integrating both the Buddha mindset with the Badass mindset. No matter where you are on your leadership journey, Lakhiani points out that if we are not showing as the best version of ourselves, we are not able to make a world changing impact. The Buddha and the Badass powerfully teaches all of us how to attract our allies, spark deep connections, master confidence and growth, choose your vision, and become a visionary.
