Ever wonder what would happen if you took an Army Infantry Staff Sergeant out of the military and dropped him into a boutique design and marketing company? Office Joe answers that question.

Newly minted veteran Joe Hauser (played by Dan Mercer) picks up his DD214 (the piece of paper that says you're now a civilian) and leaves Fort Lewis Washington to drive to his new home in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. He's the newest hire at Gasoline Dog, a small marketing company trying to find it's way.

His new boss, Karen Underhill (played by Suzanne Palmisciano), is a spunky Brit who loves leadership more than any Officer you've ever met, and his coworkers...well...they're all unique in their special way.

Along the way he bumps into a host of challenging personalities. There's the American Legion post commander Tony Garcia (played by Vince Vargas), the evil executive Silas Wraithmore (Tim Kennedy), the aggressive recruiters next door (Jarred Taylor and Austin von Letkemann), the celebrity news anchor Barbara Shreveport (Ashley Gutermuth), the wild EMT who hates his probie (Jack Raia), the cop who loves social media (Eric Tansey), and the rival gang leader Maria (Mary Dague).

Fresh out of the military and never having had a civilian job, Joe hilariously finds himself on a quest for the two things that every military veteran searches for when they get out: Tribe and Purpose, as well as the one thing every human seeks: Love.

He also shoots a guy in the junk. But let’s not get ahead of ourselves…
