The very best of our mothing sessions from 2024! All moths were caught in our light trap from April through to the end of August, and were released unharmed the following day. The species were mostly found in our garden, with one trapping session done whilst camping on farmland a few miles away (we are in Leicestershire, UK.)

The very wet Spring of 2024 resulted in an abysmal year for a lot of invertebrates with butterflies and moths being particularly badly hit.
