This simple to follow and do daily sequence is to be completed in the evening before bed, by the patient and preferably with help from a carer for the back massage component.

In this video osteopath and registered Perrin Technique practitioner Andy Breakspear demonstrates the Perrin Technique Self-Massage Full Routine from Dr Raymond Perrin.

Aimed at enhancing the body's own lymphatic drainage of the head and spine it may be helpful to anyone experiencing Chronic Fatigue (CFS/ME), Long COVID, Fibromyalgia or Post Viral Fatigue.

The force applied should be a gentle stroking pressure.

The Full Self-Massage Routine consists of:

1) Nasal Release
2) Facial Massage
3) Head Massage
(1, 2 and 3 performed without oil)

4) Side/front of Neck Massage (using oil)
5) Breast area Massage (using oil)
6) Back Massage (using oil)
7) Back of neck Massage (using oil)
