Upang mabigyan ng magandang buhay ang pamilya sa Pilipinas, nakipagsapalaran sa Amerika ang physical therapist na si Irma (Lovely Abella) kasama ang kaibigang si Kokoy (Jason Francisco). Inalagaan nila ang isang Amerikanong si Brad (Matthias Rhoads) na kamakailan lang ay naaksidente. To provide her family's needs, Irma (Lovely Abella) decided to work abroad as a physical therapist along with her best friend Kokoy (Jason Francisco). Irma meets her patient Brad (Matthias Rhoads) who falls in love with her. What happens when Kokoy also falls in love with Irma?
