MANY BUG FIXES - Sims 4 Update Notes

This will cover the patch notes for the September 18th update for sims 4.
The sims 4 just had a huge update- this includes bug fixes for the base game, many expansion and game packs, and even 650 new bb/ build buy item swatches, plus new terrain paint. There's also the Grim Reapers Rewards limited time event for live mode gameplay, which comes with rewards, and even a new lot trait. Admist the news that there will be no sims 5, at least it looks like some of the broken parts of sims 4 could be getting fix. There are also performance and graphics updates for windows and console.
