About the Artist:

Morena is a South African Music Producer, DJ and Fashion Enthusiast. He rose to prominence in 2009 as part of the Afro House duo; Mushroom Boyz. Morena solely produced a large catalogue of Mushroom Boyz music from tracks like, The Calling, Mokete Naheng, Pitiki etc and also solely
produced remixes like Mzee featuring Kampi Moto - Umoja, Sage Monk - Baram Baki, Bertrand Dupart - Ketokole and many more. He has since worked with renowned dance music labels such as UK based DM Recordings which is a sister record label to Atjazz Record Company, USA based Ocha Records & UK based Tambor Music to widespread acclaim as a solo artist releasing songs like Moros Y Cristianos with Tambor Music, Pheko and Robocop with DM recordings, both songs did exceptionally well in the Afro House charts and also got playlisted by Black Coffee on his Spotify Track ID, I Am Your Dj where he featured Carlos Mena of Ocha Records which got remixed by the legendary Hector Romero and got featured in his compilation called weaving genres that got released under Nervous Records and included legendary artists like Quentin Harris, David Morales and Paso Doble just to name a few. Morena is currently signed under Kongcrete Jungle Records.
