In this episode only that morning had Kuzgun and Dila had a close encounter as she washed him off in the shower. So I always view the way Kuzgun being standoffish isn’t just down to him knowing that Dila is going to appeal for her father, but also that she pulled away from him, from his kiss. He knows the reasons in part that she pulled away, but doesn’t mean he won’t be a bit disjointed by it.

He isn’t as harsh and dismissive as first thought of in the original english subs. But still trying to distance himself.

Dila is worried about him, and it’s clear that only his eyes have not changed since they were children. She gets him, she understands him very well. But the same goes for her too, he knows she isn’t right either. Both always sensing something wasn’t right with the other, but neither saying what it really is that is playing upon their minds.

Kuzgun’s jealously and possessiveness peaks again in this episode. He can’t stand Selcuk coming to the house late at night to see Dila and really starts to think they are seeing on another. He focuses a lot on Dila and Selcuk when he just found out his dad is “alive”. It goes to show how he views Dila in the scheme of things.

Once Kuzgun knows Selcuk isn’t a...let’s say…”romantic” threat (haha) he then gets concerned that he could be working for someone and is getting close to Dila to hurt her.

Dila once again defends Kuzgun to Kudret again and again. Our baby really wants to heal and protect him fully.

Kuzgun has to stay at Meryem’s to look after them and you know he wants Dila to come with him, he thinks someone could hurt her and not only that, she is his comfort blanket into that house.

Once there, only Kartal shows Dila kindness. Meryems is forced because she knows what Dila means to Kuzgun and Kumru...well she just doesn’t care.

Everyone else is eating their dinner and Kuzgun isn’t. He is like a child in this scene. If he eats his mothers food its like accepting he is home. But with Dila’s encouragement to eat, he does straight away and you can see from the reaction at the table, the recognition of Dila’s power over Kuzgun. Its subtle but powerful moment.

All day people plant seeds of doubt into his mind about Dila. But at night, alone. Sleeping together for the first time, he doesn’t seem to care. He wants to be close to her, to stare at her, touch her, kiss her. But Dila can’t. His words still ringing in her mind, Meryem and Kumru’s words, her working with the police, there is so much stopping her.

It’s also funny to point out that Kuzgun was more than happy to get it on with her on his mothers living room floor (haha)

Once again Dila is “attacked” by Kuzgun’s family and she can’t take it anymore at breakfast and leaves. Kuzgun chases her and they argue. She won’t let him hurt her dad once again by putting him back in prison to die if he gets out. Kuzgun can’t fathom it, whether she’s his wife or not. But Dila points out that she isn’t really his wife, so basically, what does it matter?

Bora’s plan to kill Kuzgun once and for all and basically have Dila to himself is insane. He grabs Dila and what he implies is scary. When he finds out she works with police he gets even more aggressive. In comes Kuzgun, smashing through the glass window as soon as he sees Bora with his hands on Dila, it’s the last straw and he points his gun to kill him once and for all.

But “Ferman” turns up, knocking both Kuzgun and Dila out, killing Bora and “setting” Kuzgun up for a murder that would eventually stop him from saving his Dila’s life a month or so after he is set up for it. Damn you Ferman.
