1:15 Enter programming mode by hold down + and - for 5 seconds
1:23 Set the Mode switch to "Dwell" and press + several times
1:34 Unplug the battery and plug it back in
1:39 Use the regulator to adjust the velocity to the desired Joules
2:13 Enter programming mode by hold down + and - for 5 seconds
2:28 Decrease the dwell until the velocity drops
3:30 Increase the dwell until the velocity is consistent
4:08 Unplug the battery
