A well-known Margot Robbie was born in Australia, in a city called Gold Coast, where she finished college and later moved to Melbourne to pursue acting career. She first debuted on a big screen in 2008 having played in a couple of TV series. Then she got a role of Donna in a sitcom The Neighbors and in 2013, she acted in The Wolf of Wall Street that brought her so desirable worldwide fame and recognition.

Margot’s mother Sarie is a well-known specialist in the world of physiotherapy. In one of the interviews, the film performer stated that she, sister and two brothers were raised by mom only and that she is proud of having such a mamma that is supporting her all along the way.

The father, Douglas left the family when kids were really young. He wasn’t much interested being a father but was very much into business. He was helping with the finances but could easily be far away from the most important people. No wonder, now the actress has very limited communication with the dad.

The family also includes maternal grandparents named Herb and Verna Kessler, who were helping Sarie to raise the children.

The celebrity has three siblings with Lachlan being the eldest one. He lives in Australia close to the family and works as a stunt performer.

Anya is an elder sister and unfortunately, we don’t know any other information about her.

Then there is a younger brother, Cameron. Like his internationally popular sister, he is also into the moviemaking sphere. However, for now he was featured just in one movie. He is very active on Instagram and has over 50.000 followers. Additionally to all that he helps Margot in her production company.

Margot has been married to a movie producer Tom Ackerly since 2016 and up till present moment. The two love birds met on the set during the shooting of a movie, where he worked as an assistant director and she had a supporting role. After three years of dating, they tied the knot. After marriage they had been living in London for some time and then decided to move to LA and are now happily working together.

They don’t have kids yet.
