1. Remote workers generally work longer hours. This is due to two main factors. A. No commute they start earlier and B. They have something called remote guilt, where remote workers work on average 1.5 - 2 hrs more to feel justified to work in an environment they love.


2. Their processes are quicker and eliminate road blocks. This means they spend less time waiting on Bob to process their document and more time getting work done.


3. They have the data to prove they get me done. Remote employees generally have metrics tracker in BI tools, where on location employees generally don't. This means remote employees live under a microscope, and know they're accountable.
