Power Hand Pushes and Locks at the Elbow

Описание к видео Power Hand Pushes and Locks at the Elbow

🏒 𝙑𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙤 𝙏𝙞𝙥 The Power (bottom) Hand does a pushing motion. If pushed on a downward trajectory it should force your stick to bend. Your Power Arm should always lock at the elbow when releasing. The stride leg knee should lock simultaneously with the elbow. Remember to activate your wrists (wrist snapping action) just as the puck leaves your blade. Wrist snap activation equals better, tighter spin on the puck, tighter puck spin equals a better flight path!
