0:00 — Pencil: Lightly sketch the basic shape of the Squig and its base
1:13 — Pencil: Refine the sketch with clearer, more detailed outlines
2:27 — Black Pen: Go over and clean up all the lines, strengthening the form
4:11 — Colored Pencil: dark red or deep rose, color the Squig's mouth
4:33 — Colored Pencil: bright red, apply a flat base layer over the entire Squig body.
5:11 — Colored Pencil: bright red, press harder to darken the shadows to create 3D effect
7:13 — Colored Pencil: gray, draw the teeth and the spikes
7:41 — Colored Pencil: deep purplish-red, deep blue, draw the mushrooms on base
7:57 — Colored Pencil: light green, dark green, dark brown, and light brown, complete the base
