Basic Necessities:
• a pair of 🧤 gloves
• a sturdy flat surface with good lighting 💡
• Diamond Sharpening Card • Optional- Blue test stick
To begin sharpening
1.) Hold the Nevi4 in your non-dominant hand 🤚 with the blade to be sharpened held at the bottom with the toe pointed away or toward you
2.) Hold the top of the shank w/ your thumb (firmly)
3.) Place elbows in front of you

Using a clock ⏰ as a helpful guide, place the terminal shank at 12:00.
Place the card at 12:00 as well & slowly tilt the card 3 minutes past 12:00.
Move UP and DOWN (using long strokes and pressure) * *To ensure the blade is sharpened, check to see that your cutting edge does NOT reflect any light back at you.If still uncertain if the instrument is sharp, test the cutting edge on a blue test stick 😉.**
