Joe is currently Head of Development & Infrastructure, Group, at Lend Lease. Joe has more than 22 years of development and financing experience in all forms of real estate development, and is recognized as one of the world's most visionary green developers embracing the triple bottom line. Joe's development accomplishments include the first LEED Gold building in Canada, the first LEED residential platinum building in the World and the Vision and co-Developer of Dockside Green with biomass gasification, natural systems approach to stormwater treatment, onsite sewage treatment and included three LEED Platinum world records and the first stage two LEED platinum neighborhood designations. Joe was a founder, director and vice-chair of the Canada Green Building Council and served on the United States Green Building Council board of directors for several years.
