Daiquiri a rum-based cocktail, quite tropical in taste with equal portions of lime and sugar.

Ingredients:

White Rum: 45 ml
Sugar Syrup: 30 ml
Lime Juice: 30 ml
Ice: 2-3 cubes

Method:

You gotta line the rim of the glass with a lemon wedge and inversely dunk in a plate of salt. Tap the glass to remove the excess salt and set aside.

Pour all the ingredients along with some ice in a cocktail shaker, shake well and pour it into the salt rimmed glass with the help of a strainer.

Garnish with cherries, olives with mint and enjoy!
