We always stay at Encore Las Vegas when we’re in town, the rooms are massive, the location’s perfect, and everything about it just feels a little elevated. From the pool to the casino to the restaurants, it’s the kind of place you end up rebooking before you even leave.

🍽 WHERE TO DINE
✨ Jardin at the is our go-to brunch spot, the garden setting is beautiful and the red velvet cotton candy pancakes are a full-on experience.
✨ is perfect for a nice dinner, great seafood, steaks, and the Berries & Bubbles cocktail is a must!
✨ at is lively and packed with flavor, everything we tried was good, but the table-side guac stands out!

✨ WHAT TO EXPERIENCE
🚁 A helicopter tour with is hands down one of the coolest ways to see the Strip and the surrounding area! We did the “neon and nature” tour and it was amazing!
🛶The gondola ride at might be touristy, but honestly, it’s worth it, especially if it’s your first time. It makes you feel just like you’re in Venice!
🗽Mad Apple by Cirque du Soleil is a wild mix of stunts, comedy, and music, totally different from the usual Cirque shows, and a lot of fun!
