This morning I went out and cut lemon balm for drying. This the first time trying this method. Low oven 170 degrees, the lowest setting I have. I want to retain as much of the beautiful lemon essence and fragrance as possible. I show both methods of drying fragile herbs. The air drying method takes longer to do its magic. There will be a second video.
