We started this podcast out by going over what video games we've all been playing before moving into the first segment "The Best Bit" where we talked about the best tutorial in video games! Following that we discussed 15 games from our childhood and whether or not they held up to the standards of the current gaming industry. If that same title were released today, would each panel member purchase the game? Next we moved into a new segment "Inspiration or Infringement" where we took a look at games that derived some core game mechanics from other series and debated whether or not they simply drew inspiration or bordered on infringement. Lastly we finished up with The War Cry where we discussed how important realism is in the video games we play.
