Set deep in the forest, this two-story tiny house is designed to live in harmony with nature.
A simple, strong volume rises vertically from the ground: a compact rectangular form defined by clean, squared lines.
The exterior is clad in dark wood, allowing the building to blend naturally into its surroundings while maintaining a bold and contemporary character.
Large glass surfaces open the house toward the landscape. The short front and rear façades are fully glazed, creating a strong visual connection with the outdoors and allowing natural light to flood the interior.
Along the long side of the house, a vertical window accompanies the internal staircase. It starts at mid-level on the ground floor and continues upward, turning into an L-shaped opening above the roof. This architectural feature brings daylight deep into the house, illuminating the stairwell and the central area of the upper floor from above.
At night, a rectangular frame of light outlines this window on the exterior, clearly marking the entrance and softly lighting the surrounding forest, making the house visible and welcoming even after dark.
The entrance leads directly through the front glass façade into the living area.
The ground floor opens onto a compact yet warm and inviting living space, centered around a sofa that defines the day area. Despite its small size, the space is carefully designed to provide comfort, functionality, and a strong sense of coziness.
Moving further inside, a central corridor organizes the layout of the ground floor. On one side, the kitchen offers everything needed for everyday living, designed to be efficient and fully functional in an off-grid context.
On the opposite side of the corridor, the staircase leads to the upper level. Beneath the stairs, a small dining table for two creates an intimate spot for meals or morning coffee.
At the end of the ground floor, a bathroom completes the level. Warm materials and thoughtful design make this space comfortable and welcoming, despite the compact dimensions.
The staircase leads to the upper floor, naturally lit throughout the day by the large L-shaped window.
At the top, an open area is dedicated to the children, with two beds and desks, creating a bright and functional space for rest and study.
A separate door provides access to the parents’ bedroom, a private and comfortable retreat designed to ensure calm and privacy.
This tiny house proves that a small footprint does not limit the quality of living.
Designed to accommodate up to four people, it offers a complete and well-balanced living experience.
Fully off-grid and immersed in nature, it is an ideal solution both as a permanent home and as a vacation retreat — a place where simplicity, comfort, and sustainable design come together.
