Cattle hit a weight slump after transitioning from drylot preconditioning to grazing winter wheat. The Noble Foundation has conducted an experiment using supplementation in an attempt to alleviate this drop in daily gain. Bryan Nichols, livestock consultant with the Noble Foundation, presents the results of this research project.

Nichols' presentation was part of the Noble Foundation's Texoma Cattlemen's Conference on February 24, 2017 in Ardmore, Oklahoma.
