The word “NO” is the single greatest weapon we have for controlling our time. However, most of us are scared to say it because we don’t want to let someone down.

Your 20’s and 30’s are a great time to say “yes”. You want to network, get exposure, build. BUT...your late 40’s, 50’s and older are a great time to say “NO” and take full control of your time.

That said, there is an art to saying “no”. A way to take the pressure off of the word and make it a positive.
