One thing that stood out while I was chatting to Evelyne, is how everything she does puts her brides at the heart of her business, which is exactly how it should be. She sums it up beautifully when she says 'It's Their Day Not Mine', but that is evident through absolutely everything Evelyne says. She loves being a small but important part of her brides day and the build up.
