Tip 1 - a SUPER TIP - Don't be too clever with your design! - 'Hidden' bars and cafes make it harder for customers to find you, which means you could end up making less money

Tip 2 - Double check all your plans and designs - build a mock up of table heights or bar widths. measure and mark up walkways and areas of service, because Designers can, and do make mistakes or they don't understand the requirements of a busy Hospitality business

Tip 3 - When you're on site divide each area into what it's purpose will be, the kitchen, storage areas, bathroom etc. - Each area can then be assessed for the build chronology and build requirements.
Work from Top to bottom to avoid debris or spoil ruining expensive new furniture, floor or features.

Tip 4 - Check with your build team which Tradie needs to come first and put the plan of work up on a whiteboard or butchers paper so everyone knows whats happening and when

Tip 5 - Remember to check who is handling the waste on site! A clean site means work gets done faster - which means CHEAPER!

Tip 6 - Make sure your site is secure, remove all items you might want to keep, and make sure you dont leave any gear on site like laptops or phones etc. - they have a habit of evaporating!
