PIDS Research Fellow Charlotte Justine Diokno-Sicat and former PIDS Research Associate Catharine Adaro present the PIDS-DILG study, “The Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) as a Local Planning Tool”. The study examined how the CBMS is being used by local governments in development planning.

Joining the webinar as discussants are De La Salle University (DLSU) School of Economics Associate Professor Dr. Alellie Sobreviñas, 5th District of Cavite Representative Dahlia Loyola, and Magallanes Municipal Mayor Jasmin Angelli Maligaya-Bautista.
