Installing Dinghy on Our New Davits + First Fire of Season

Описание к видео Installing Dinghy on Our New Davits + First Fire of Season

After a long delay in getting the big boat launched, we were finally able to get our Highfield dinghy to the marina and mounted on to the new extended dinghy davits. Much thanks to Marc at DinghyDavits.com (https://www.dinghydavits.com/) for all the help with this project. But we're not done quite yet! Keep an eye out for the modifications I made to the stern cradle, as well as a 3" lift kit I installed after our first 'on water' test.

Find that video and many more boat projects in my 'How I Did It - Boat Repairs & Upgrades' playlist here:    • How I Did It - Boat Repairs & Upgrades  . Always lots of fun - and not so fun - boat stuff that I've gotten in to ;-)

Known as the best fresh water cruising grounds in the world, Georgian Bay is located in the heart of the Great Lakes and forms part of Lake Huron. Renowned for is rugged beauty, Georgian Bay has been attracting adventurous boaters for over a century, but it's rocky shoreline and challenging navigation routes are not for the faint hearted and must be approached with the greatest care and respect. I'm happy to share our own adventures through this inspiring area with my 'Georgian Bay Boating' Playlist here:    • Georgian Bay Boating
