用料
油豆皮 12 张,金针菇 ,香菜

酱料
生抽,蚝油,糖, 盐,食用油,芝麻,烧烤酱,

1 把洗净后的豆腐皮,从中间切开。
2 把洗干净后的金针菇,香菜,切段。
3 放一点香菜,金针菇在豆腐皮上,卷起,串在竹签上,1个竹签同时可以固定4个卷。
4. 喷油,370 烤8 分钟。
5 取一只小碗,混合生抽,蚝油,糖, 盐,食用油,芝麻,烧烤料。

6 刷一层酱汁,翻面,接着刷一层酱汁,再烤4分钟即可。
