// 2023 CHANNEL UPDATE //

I’ve moved on from Mobility Mastery (self fascia release) in order to focus on teaching Kinetix, my method of root cause discovery for pain and dis-ease that involves partner fascia release as a “diagnostics” (and regeneration) tool. Kinetix is a complete scientific methodology that I teach to friends, partners and professionals alike inside The Kinetix Academy.

My other primary focus will be the launch and growth of a new podcast and Substack community called The Human Freedom Project.

// NEW CONTENT ON YOUTUBE //

Sometime in 2023 I will return to YouTube with HFP podcast episodes and content created to help you know and understand yourself as a whole organism made of body, soul and spirit. This content will feature the Kinetix methodology, pain science, fascia secrets I’ve learned from 15+ years in private practice, neuroscience and evolving beyond the brain, trauma and the body, and more! I’m excited to go on this new adventure with you.

REASONS TO RELEASE THE HIGH ADDUCTOR:

If you have any of the following, releasing your high adductor fascia could get you a lot of relief:

Lower back pain
SI pain
Pubic or pelvic pain
Testicle pain
Hip pain
Pulled groin muscles
Low abdominal pain post-surgery

For all of the above, a complete solution will likely require addressing fascia in OTHER areas as well, and perhaps ruling out more serious issues (especially in the case of testicle and pelvic pain). But often, pain in the pubic region can come from restriction in the fascial system pulling on the nerve-rich area of the sex organs, pelvis and internal organs. Every nerve ending is coated in fascia, and the fascially dense area of the abdomen is directly connected to the high adductor.

To get the most out of this technique, make sure you’re going SLOWLY, hunting out any possible ADHESIONS with rotation and rolling movements. I can’t stress enough to GO SLOW. Fast movements hide the adhesions. Also, try to RELAX.

Lower back pain, hip pain and pelvic instability issues can be addressed using this technique in combination with the quad and hip flexor technique(s), IT Band, hamstring and TFL.

Keep in mind, any imbalance left to right must be found and corrected to get a long lasting result.

For pulled groin muscles: go after your LOWER adductor too, as often that area is even more restricted than the high adductor and is the reason you “pull” this muscle.

Make sure to check out my videos on pulled muscles and reciprocal inhibition, critical to understanding pulled muscles and pain in the body:
