1 cup mixed vegetables \ carrot \ peas \ sweet corn
10 - 12 med shrimp sliced in half
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp missed ginger
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup water
salt and pepper to your taste
