*Chile verde stew, popular in the southwest, also known as green chile stew, is a classic comfort food characterized by tender meat braised in a savory, vibrant green chile sauce. It's a versatile dish with numerous recipe variations, allowing for customization of spiciness and ingredients

Ingredients
3 pounds of pork shoulder
6 minced garlic cloves
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 chopped, medium onion
3 Tbsp AP flour
2 Tbsp Lard or oil
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 Tbsp Mexican oregano (or 1 Tbsp if you love it)
2 cups chicken broth
8 chopped, hatch chiles verdes (6 mild + 2 Hot)
1/4 of a cup of chopped cilantro

-pressure cook 10 minutes with slow pressure release
