Craig Phillips introduces the Wagner XVLP Finish Control 3500 paint sprayer. XVLP stands for Extra Volume Low Pressure (up to 0.2 Bar) so extra air volume to atomize the material which creates a very fine finish with very little overspray and paint wastage.

The sprayer is available in 240 v and 110 v units so it is suitable for both domestic as well as site work. It has a powerful 700 watt brushless motor 220w atomizing power, total weight of 2.3kg. Its supplied with a the StandardSpray attachment in the box. This has the Visco nozzle technology which produces a high-quality spray pattern, even with highly viscous materials. This is achieved using the 4.1 mm slot nozzle with a flat jet which also ensures a rapid working speed.

Additional accessories are available including the Fine Spray attachment which is the perfect solution for low-viscosity materials, it comes with a Round jet nozzle (1.8mm) with fine spray pattern and a 1000ml stainless steel pot.

The Wall Spray attachment is for spraying larger, flat surfaces. Professional solution for emulsion jobs. Visco 4.1 mm slot nozzle: The perfect solution for the fast application of high-viscosity materials using the 1400ml container.

The Carry case is large enough to hold the unit and two spray attachments standing upright, which can also be transported filled so material preparation can be done offsite.


The product is ideal for:

FC 3500 is very easy to control and handle with complete adjustment to match the material being sprayed and the surface it is being sprayed onto.

It has a paint material volume adjustor to precisely control the volume of materials applied to the surface. The airflow is also fully adjustable to suit the material being sprayed.

Craig shows the spray orientation for vertical or horizontal and spray width settings allow adjustment for what you are spraying.

It has a two stage trigger which starts the turbine easily on the gun by pressing the trigger to the first stage to build up the turbine and get the air up to speed then press the trigger completely to start the material flow.

Craig will also show the quick-change and easy clean spray attachments which allows you to change between different paints quickly and easily and to clean the attachments.
