Starting a Cable or Cables Mid Fabric in One Color and Two Colors

This is in conjunction with a pillow tutorial that I have called Kolam. You can find it on Ravelry here - https://ravel.me/kolam. This compound increase uses M1R, M1L and CDI and turns one stitch into 5. This is also a factor for cable flare compensation or stitch equivalency.
