How to Calculate the Present Value of a Single Cash Flow in MS Excel

In this video, I show you how you can calculate the Present Value (PV) of a single cash flow given in the future (FV) at a specific point in time (T) when the periodic interest rate is known. Specifically, I show you how you can do this computation in MS Excel using the =PV formula.
