Baked lentil patties
500 grams of orange lentils
1 large onion
1 large zucchini
2 carrots
Half a parsley package
Half a coriander package
3/4 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs
Half a teaspoon of turmeric
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
A flat teaspoon like cumin
Teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon oil
A teaspoon of crushed garlic
Teaspoon oil for baking baking paper
Instructions
Select 500 g orange lentils, rinse well, at least twice, bring to a pot full of water, bring to a boil, lower flame, cook until softened, strain the liquid and wait to reach room temperature. Liquid and transfer to bowl. Finely chop, thin half a parsley, half a coriander and add to the bowl. Add a tablespoon of oil, half a teaspoon of turmeric, a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of black pepper, a teaspoon of cumin, 3/4 cup of bread crumbs, 2 eggs, a teaspoon of crushed garlic and knead until uniform. Cover with plastic wrap and transfer to the refrigerator for an hour. Preheat oven to 180 degrees turbo, line the baking paper pan, grease the baking paper slightly with a silicone brush, make patties from the mass and place one another at reasonable distances. Bake for about 15 minutes / until vegetables are softened.
Note: The patties are very tasty even when fried.
