Ingredients:

3 Cups Flour (Note 1)
1 TSP Baking Powder ( Note 1)
1 TSP Salt
1 TSP Sugar
2 TBSP Oil or Melted Ghee
3 TBSP Yogurt (Plain) (Note 2)
Approx. 1/2 Cup Warm Water
Oil for deep Frying

Note:
1. Instead of using Flour and baking powder, you can use 1 1/2 Cup of Flour and 1 1 /2 Cup of self raising flour.

2. Instead of yogurt - you can use liquid milk (1/4 Cup) or 1 TBSP milk powder. This prevent the puri to absorb less oil.
