Scrum Masters. We understand what we do (most of the time), but find that other people have difficulty grasping what we do. Often our role is misunderstood and our value lost on upper management, despite the fact that we consistently help teams deliver amazing results. This talk is to explain in simple and very easy to understand language what we do here and why we matter, as if we were answering the question asked by "The Bobs" in the movie "Office Space"

Michael is an Agile Practitioner with years of experience guiding teams in the creation of world-class software. He enjoys programming and tinkering as a hobby, concentrating on web applications, but he also has experience with mobile and the Internet of Things. His goal is to make delivering with agility ridiculously approachable to everyone involved, from top executives to software developers. He once started a slow clap in a room with 80+ people.
