India Today Conclave Mumbai: Nitin Gadkari, Union Minister On Fuelling Green Highways

Union minister and senior BJP leader Nitin Gadkari on Thursday clarified reports that he has been offered the prime minister's post by the opposition party, saying he has no such ambition. Speaking at the India Today Conclave, Nitin Gadkari said, "When I was offered the post (by the opposition party), I asked them why do you want to make me the prime minister and why should I not be with the prime minister (Modi). So, it is not my ambition to become the prime minister."
