Hemant Soren, who was arrested by the ED last week, was present in Assembly for the floor test with court's permission. In his emotionally charged speech, Hemant Soren did not spare the Governor either, accusing the Raj Bhavan of involvement in the "conspiracy" behind his arrest in the alleged land scam. The Champai Soren government comfortably passed the majority test in Assembly, getting 47 votes in the 81-member Assembly.
