Chehre | Amitabh Bachchan unveils poster and release date*

Amitabh Bachchan has shared a stunning poster from the film 'Chehre' and has also confirmed its release date.

The forthcoming mystery thriller is directed by Rumi Jaffery and produced by Anand Pandit under the banners of Anand Pandit Motion Pictures and Saraswati Entertainment Private Limited.

The film features Amitabh Bachchan and Emraan Hashmi in lead roles. It also stars Krystle D'Souza, Rhea Chakraborty, Siddhanth Kapoor, and Annu Kapoor in pivotal roles. Bachchan plays the role of a lawyer, while Hashmi will essay the role of a business tycoon.

The film was announced on 11th April 2019 and filming began on 10th May the same year. It was scheduled for worldwide release on 17 July 2020, but was delayed due to the COVID-19. 

Interestingly, Big B didn’t mention the name of Rhea in the tweet; nor she is seen in the first look poster. The film had its fair share of trouble, earlier Kriti Kharbanda was part of the film, but she opted out later.
